What Does the Home Inspection Include?
Answer:
Your building consultant will visually inspect the structural integrity
of the house, evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the
heating/cooling system, energy conservation, plumbing, electrical,
windows, doors, fireplace and chimney

Should I be Present During the Inspection?
Answer:
You are Strongly encouraged to accompany us during the inspection. You
are hiring our firm to evaluate the premises to determine it's stability for
your use and finances. We are consultants for this process, and our ability
to address your concerns, and communicate our findings is greatly
enhanced by your presence.

How About Our Report?
Answer:
We use the Matrix Reporting System by ITA as our comprehensive
computerized reporting system. This report will mailed to you after the
completion of the inspection. The report will include comments on
grounds, exterior, foundation, roof, plumbing, heating/cooling, electrical,
interior, garage, kitchen, and bathrooms as well as a basic home sytems
operations guide book.
