The Neighborhood Environemental
Report pulls records from a variety of
trusted sources, including government
databases.  It searches for concerns that  
that might be dangerous to a
homeowner's family or investment such
as nearby leaking underground oil tanks,
landfills, hazardous waste sites, and
illegal drug labs.  Accessing a database
of millions of records, the report will
identify known environmental hazards.

Some of the most dangerous or costly
hazards exist outside and can
contaminate a home through pathways to
human contact such as vapor intrusion,
soil and ground water.  Just because an
area appears pristine does not mean that
issues are not present.
